Ecuador and Coffee

Divided in two by the equator which gets its name from Ecuador, a country where coffee is the main source of income in South America.
It is difficult climatic conditions, high altitude region where Ecuador's Loja located in the mountains, offers natural conditions required for the training of qualified World Coffee Arabica type.
Ecuador Loja, accompanied by the aroma of chocolate, which marked acidity, with fruity aromas of melon and peach notes, is similar in character to other South American coffee-qualified.
Light drinking coffee and kavuns notes of Ecuador in Loja and wanted to make it a different flavor.
